We specialise in simple, practical referrals (daily living aids, sensory items, bathroom aids, etc.) that are often delayed elsewhere. For highly complex cases, we can guide you to the most appropriate support.

No, you don't need to pay for a full comprehensive assessment. You only pay for the specific referral to access your equipment. That is how NeuroSwift will save you time and money.

Yes. Standard referrals are usually completed within 1–2 weeks. If you choose our 24-hour fast-track option, your referral letter will be delivered within one business day.
